Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and db1111 ("db1111", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at https://db1111.ws ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and the most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the db1111 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. db1111 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or officer of db1111.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or any affiliated platform for any reason.

db1111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not not limited to a copy of a government-issued National ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending document review. Any funds deposited into an account subsequently found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be returned to the payment source used, minus any bonuses or promotional credits applied.

Section 3

Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the full range of db1111 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If any of your registration details change, you must update them promptly by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. db1111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers or access funds.
• Do not use another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform.

db1111 reserves the right to close any account, withhold balances pending investigation, and report activity to relevant authorities if fraudulent registration details, identity theft, or money laundering activity is suspected.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

db1111 supports the following approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily transaction limits are set per payment method and displayed within the cashier section of your account. db1111 does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be returned. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 2–24 hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers and card withdrawals.
• db1111 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Funds deposited as part of a promotional offer may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider may result in immediate account suspension and referral to debt collection or legal proceedings.

In cases where a payment is received from an unrecognised source or where the origin of funds cannot be verified to our satisfaction, db1111 reserves the right to freeze the associated account balance pending investigation. We will endeavour to resolve such matters within 10 business days and communicate our decision to you via the email address registered on your account.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

db1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For combined deposit-plus-bonus offers, the wagering requirement applies to the total of the deposit and the bonus amount unless explicitly specified otherwise.

• Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of activation unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing bonus may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• db1111 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if operational, technical, or legal circumstances require it.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering patterns designed to minimise risk, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the cancellation of the bonus, recovery of any associated winnings, and possible permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Section 6

Game Rules, Fair Play, and Prohibited Conduct

All games available on the db1111 Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, poker rooms, sports betting markets, and crash games — operate under the specific rules published within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any inconsistency between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall take precedence for matters relating specifically to game outcomes and payouts.

Game content supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by their own licensing terms. db1111 operates this content under valid commercial licence agreements with each studio.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The db1111 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect Platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, or delays in processing transactions. Our total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• db1111 does not accept liability for losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
• db1111 does not accept liability for third-party payment delays or failures outside our direct control.
• In the event of a game malfunction or server error that produces an incorrect game outcome, the affected round will be declared void and stakes returned. No further liability will attach.

Account Closure and Termination

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met.

db1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of promotions, underage play, or any other conduct that db1111 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In such cases, db1111 may withhold balances pending investigation and is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure where doing so would compromise a fraud investigation or conflict with legal obligations.

Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with general principles of commercial law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within 20 business days, either party may request escalation to a formal internal review process conducted by a senior db1111 compliance officer. The outcome of that review will be communicated in writing to the email address registered on your account and will be considered binding on both parties for amounts up to ৳100,000, unless either party elects to pursue alternative legal remedies.
